August 2024 Update: Celebrating 2 Years of Ethics-4-Kids: A New Approach to Youth Violence

It has been 2 years since the founding of Ethics-4-Kids, an initiative dedicated to addressing youth violence through innovative ethical education.

            By August 2023 (our first anniversary), we built a phenomenal website and our first classroom ready “Core Values” curricula for kindergarten through third graders. We also learned a lot about the education system with in the United States and what was and not being taught to our youth. Included within this first year we became incorporated as a 501C3 nonprofit.

            Fast forward to August 2024 (our second anniversary). The progress continues, thanks to the dedication of so many dedicated volunteers. We’ve developed over 30 curricula for public and private schools, homeschoolers, and have suites of faith-based curricula in draft form (planned introduction in September). We established a special three-year agreement with the National Homeschool Association, created multiple storefronts, formed partnerships, and established ourselves on social media, thanks to a corporate sponsor. The results have been that we have received multiple download requests of our curricula from within the United States, Canada, and from as far away as Egypt.

            This journey to impact the hearts and minds of our youth and reduce violence and suicides is making progress, but the work has just begun. Our third year mission is to create a demand for teaching traditional values in our public and private schools (everywhere) and expand the homeschool network. In addition our focus includes: expanding our faith based curricula, introducing interactive programs, expand our partnership network, securing funding, and search for an executive director to further advance our mission.
